National Thermal Power Corp has invited bids for 400 KV Cables & accessories package for Loharinag Pala Hydro Electric Power project (4x150 MW) on the river Bhagirathi in Uttaranchal. The scope of work includes design, Manufacture, Testing, Packing, transit insurance, transportation to site, handling, storage & preservation at site, erection, testing at site and commissioning of
a) 4800 Mtrs. 400KV, 1C x 800 sq. mm, copper conductor, XLPE insulated, aluminum or lead or lead alloy sheathed, PE outersheathed cables (8 lengths of 600 Mtrs. each) from underground SF6 GIS to outdoor pothead yard through underground sloping tunnel.
b) 8 Nos. 400 KV indoor type cable termination for connection to underground SF6 GIS.
c) 8 Nos. 400KV outdoor type cable termination for connection to ACSR conductor at outdoor pothead yard.
d) 12 Nos. earthing link boxes and 1200 Mtrs., 1.1 KV, 1Cx300 sq. mm. Copper conductor XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed bonding cable.
e )Complete support system for cables and accessories including cable supports, cable cleats, spacers, saddles including fasteners, hardwares, earthing etc. in underground GIS, underground tunnel and surface pothead yard.
