Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals has invited bid for Pre-Qualification booklet, for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC-1 Package) of the 3,000,000 TPA capacity Crude & Vacuum Distillation Unit as per Basic Engineering Process Design Package prepared by EIL. The scope of work includes project management, residual process design, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, transportation of all equipment/ materials to the work site, storage, assembly, erection, installation, construction, commissioning, and testing for
performance guarantee etc and handing over of the unit on lump sum turnkey basis including supply of mandatory / recommended spares for the Crude and Vacuum Distillation Unit based on Basic Basic Engineering Design Package prepared by EIL.
