Travancore Titanium Products has invited bid for Copperas Recovery Plant, Acid Recovery Plant, Vaccum Evaporation system and Common Scrubbing System Package at Trivancore Titanium Products Limited , Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement, manufacture, inspection & shop testing, painting, packing, loading & forwarding, transportation to site, supply, unloading & storage at site, construction, site fabrication, assembly at site, erection of plant and machinery, site testing, painting, trial runs, integration and commissioning including all related mechanical, material handling equipment, portable type fire fighting facilities inside the plant, all interconnected & interplant piping,
valves and fittings, plant electrics, illumination, instrumentation and automation, earthing, air conditioning, ventilation, utility systems, insulation, rubber lining, feed & product receipt and transfer, obtaining statutory clearances, preparation & obtaining approval of drawings and documents including as built drawings, performance guarantee tests etc. in accordance with the technical specification for the copperas recovery plant, acid recovery plant ,vacuum evaporation system, common scrubbing system, filter salt slurry preparation & neutralization facilities and other miscellaneous works but excluding civil & structural works.
