Rashtriya Ispat Nigam has invited bid for Power supply
The scope of work includes Design, manufacture, supply, storage of material, Insurance, installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of provision of additional construction power substations and power distribution boards for augmentation of construction power supply system for expansion works in Visakhapatnam steel plant consisting mainly of the following :
i. 4 nos. of 11KV/415V, 1000 KVA outdoor substations complete with transformer, 11KV Air Break OD switches, DO fuses, lightning arrestors, outdoor LT switchboards, civil foundation & pedestal for transformers and switchboards and fencing, gate, spreading black metal with in the fence area for the substations.
ii. 1 no. of 11KV/415V, 630 KVA outdoor substations complete with transformer, 11KV Air Break OD switches, DO fuses, lightning arrestors, outdoor LT switchboards, civil foundation & pedestal for transformers and switchboards and fencing, gate, spreading black metal with in the fence area for the substations & repair and rectification of existing transformers
iii. 1 No of 11KV/415V, 1000 KVA outdoor Transformer as spare
iv. 1 No. of 11KV/415V, 630 KVA outdoor transformer as spare.
v. 11KV overhead line complete with rail poles, 100sqmm AAA Conductor and necessary hard ware , cross arms, insulators, guy wire assemblies etc. including all civil foundation work for poles, structures and guy wire assemblies.
vi. 11KV VCBs in kiosk for out door application with foundation plinth
vii. 415 V Power Distribution Boards for out door duty in kiosk with foundation plinth
viii. Outdoor MCCB enclosures
ix. Flood Light fittings
x. HT cables and cable joints and terminations
xi. LT cables and cable joints and terminations
xii. Earthing
xiii. GI pipes and fittings
xiv. RCC pipes
