National Thermal Power Corp has invited bid for Wagons Package for Korba Super Thermal Power Project, Stage-III (1x500MW) at Korba in Chhattisgarh. The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing, transportation, insurance, supervision of erection at site, testing & commissioning, including successful completion of facilities, guarantee tests for 40 nos. wagons (including prototype wagon) of 60 tonnes payload capacity, bottom discharge hopper type with
electro-pneumatically operated door operating mechanism for operation on 1676 mm gauge and its mandatory spares.
