National Thermal Power Corp has invited bid for supply and installation of Steam Generator with Electrostatic Precipitator Package for Avail Super Thermal Power Project , Jhajjar (3x500 MW) located at Jhajjar in Haryana.
The scope includes design, engineering, manufacture, shop fabrication, preassembly, shop testing/type testing at manufacturer’s works, packing, transportation, unloading, handling and conservation of equipment at site, complete services of construction including erection, supervision, pre-commissioning, testing , Commissioning and performance testing of the equipment/system of Steam Generator and its associated auxiliaries along with Electrostatic Precipitator including all associated electrical, Control & Instrumentation & Structural works.
Three (3) numbers of pulverized coal fired Steam Generator units, each having a maximum continuous rating of 1590 Tons per hour of superheated steam, complete with all accessories and auxiliary equipments including pressure parts, integral piping, fittings, milling system with coal feeder, PA fans, draft system including ID & FD fans, regenerative air pre-heaters & steam coil air pre-heater (SCAPH), fuel oil pressurizing & firing system, ducting, dampers, expansion joints, thermal insulation and cladding, auxiliary boiler, auxiliary PRDS, auxiliary steam piping, complete control and instrumentation system for steam generator and auxiliaries, soot blowing system, elevators in boiler area and passenger elevators for ESP/VFD control room, all steel structures for steam generator, power cycle piping, mill reject handling system, electrostatic precipitator, equipment cooling water system for steam generator and auxiliaries, plant & instrument air compressors, plant performance analysis, diagnosis and optimization (PADO), vibration isolation & spring system, etc
