Gail India has invited bids for Coated Pipelines. Supply of 762 mm OD, API 5L Gr. X-70 PSL-2 line pipes duly coated with 3-LPE (External) & Epoxy (Internal), as per following details:
1. 41500 Quantity Meter, Wall Thickness 10.3 mm, Option-1 Bare, Option-2 Coating,
Option-3 Coated.
2. 40500 Quantity Meter, Wall Thickness 11.9 mm, Option-1 Bare, Option-2 Coating,
Option-3 Coated.
3. 35800 Quantity Meter, Wall Thickness 14.3 mm, Option-1 Bare, Option-2 Coating,
Option-3 Coated.
4. 200 Quantity Meter, Wall Thickness 14.3 mm, Option-1 Bare, Option-2 Internal
Coating only, Option-3 Internal Coated Only
Supply options are as under:
Option-1 : Manufacture and supply of bare line pipes.
Option-2 : Taking over of line pipes from pipe supplier, internal and external coating, transportation of all bare and coated pipes, arrangement and maintenance of Ware House.
Option-3 : Supply of coated pipes, transportation of all bare and coated pipes, arrangement and maintenance of Ware House.
